Reclaiming the land

Considering the sheer number of new homes that are needed in the UK, whilst at the same time considering how limited land available for building is, we believe the reclamation of brownfield sites is crucial. It’s why transforming brownfield sites into vibrant neighbourhoods is one of our biggest priorities. Indeed, we’ve already helped reclaim more than 200 sites in the last 25 years alone, converting unsightly and potentially hazardous sites into exceptional living environments.

We’re always looking for new land opportunities, and we take a straightforward, flexible approach to every deal.

From smaller schemes of a few dozen homes to large-scale masterplans of up to 1,000 homes, we work closely with landowners to structure agreements that deliver the best outcome.

As a privately owned business, we’re able to act quickly and decisively. For the right opportunities, we can offer unconditional terms, giving landowners certainty and a guaranteed receipt.

We consider both brownfield and greenfield land, with or without planning, typically at sales values between £350–£900 per sq ft.
