It is available on a wide range of UK new build properties up to £833,250* and is the low deposit mortgage solution designed to give more people the opportunity to buy their own home.

How to apply:

• Choose your new Fairview home from your development of choice.
• Talk to our friendly Sales Advisors to see if the Deposit Unlock scheme is suitable to you.
• If it is, we’ll put you in touch with a specialist New Homes Mortgage Adviser who’ll be able to help you arrange a mortgage using Deposit Unlock.

Deposit Unlock will close to new completions in April 2026. Outstanding mortgage offers at that point will continue to be honoured by the relevant lender. All existing customers who have secured loans with assistance from Deposit Unlock will continue to be supported, and their mortgages will remain unaffected.
