The site, currently used as agricultural land within the Green Belt, sits within a highly desirable commuter location, with fast rail connections to London in approximately 35 minutes.
 
A planning application is being progressed for a residential-led scheme of over 300 new homes, creating an opportunity to deliver much-needed housing in a well-established and well-connected suburb.
