Park Life Returns for Summer 2026: Explore Barnet & Brentford by Bike

This summer, our much-loved Park Life campaign is back, inviting prospective buyers to experience two of our vibrant London communities in the most immersive way possible, by bike.

Following its success in previous years, Park Life returns to both Park Quarter in New Barnet and Printmakers Yard in Brentford, offering a unique opportunity to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods, green spaces, and local lifestyle before making a move.

Designed to showcase what everyday life could look like, Park Life is about slowing down, getting outside, and discovering the character of each location, from leafy parks and riverside walks to independent cafés and cultural hotspots.

Park Life at Park Quarter, New Barnet

Running throughout the summer season, Park Life at Park Quarter invites visitors to discover why Barnet is considered one of London’s greenest boroughs.

Participants can borrow two complimentary bikes, helmets and curated route guides directly from the sales/marketing suite, with suggested journeys taking in some of the area’s most scenic green spaces including Victoria Recreation Ground, Trent Park, Hadley Woods, Monken Hadley Common and King George’s Fields.

Along the way, guests can pause to enjoy a contribution to a lunch or brunch at The Cock Inn, as well as receive a complimentary cinema ticket to Everyman Barnet, creating a full day experience that blends nature, leisure and local culture.

With over 200 green spaces and excellent transport connections into Central London, Park Quarter offers the best of both worlds, calm, connected and community-focused living.

Park Life at Printmakers Yard, Brentford

Also returning this summer, Park Life at Printmakers Yard invites visitors to explore the unique character of Brentford, a riverside neighbourhood where history, nature and modern living meet.

Cyclists can follow a curated route through scenic waterside paths and local landmarks, including Syon Park, Brentford Lock and surrounding green spaces, while discovering the area’s independent cafés, pubs and cultural spots along the way.

The experience also includes a contribution to a lunch at Coach and Horses, plus complimentary tickets to Everyman Brentford, offering the perfect way to end the day.

With its blend of riverside calm and West London connectivity, Brentford continues to grow as a highly desirable place to live and Printmakers Yard places you right at the heart of it.

Discover Before You Decide

Park Life is more than a cycling experience; it’s a chance to truly get to know a neighbourhood before calling it your home. Whether it’s the green open spaces of Barnet or the riverside energy of Brentford, each route is designed to help you picture life beyond the brochure.

Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of the bikes when the development is sold out! Also feel free to share a picture or video of their experience on Instagram, using the hashtag #FairviewParkLife and tagging @fairviewnewhomes.

Spaces are limited across both developments throughout the summer season.
