Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
About Printmakers Yard
Printmakers Yard, Brentford Waterside, situated on Brentford High Street, is a collection of studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom triplexes.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 333 homes across a 3 year period.
Construction Update
Construction Update – 8 September 2026
A major milestone was reached last weekend with the removal of the final tower crane. This has released a further area of the site for our teams to move into, allowing us to progress with kerbs and paving works.
Landscaping across the site continues to take shape, and passers-by can now see the transformation along the East elevation. Tree planting will take place in the autumn, allowing the trees time to establish over the winter and into spring.
Across the remainder of the development, work continues to progress on the building facades and internal fit-out of the apartments. Our final block to be developed has now had its balconies installed, with internal fit-out works continuing to progress.
We are mindful of the temporary disruption that construction activity can cause. We wish to extend our appreciation to our neighbours for their continued patience and understanding during this period.
