Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
About Printmakers Yard
Printmakers Yard, Brentford Waterside, situated on Brentford High Street, is a collection of studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom triplexes.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 333 homes across a 3 year period.

We are delighted to share the latest progress at Printmakers Yard.
Two additional buildings situated along the High Street have now been completed. Over the course of the next few months, residents will be moving into their new homes in Cherrywood and Oakwood House.
We also continue to welcome residents into Mahogany and Maplewood House.
Across the remainder of the site, works continue to progress on the facades and internal fit out of the remaining buildings.
We have now completed all works along the riverside and the public footpath is fully open once again. We understand how valuable this route is to the local community and we thank you for your patience during the period of closure.
While this development brings a number of long-term benefits to the community, we are also mindful of the temporary disruption that construction activity can cause. We wish to extend our appreciation to our neighbours for their continued patience and understanding during this period.
