How To Reserve

A new home may be reserved with a reservation deposit (this sum fixes the price and will be credited upon legal completion). You will need to provide proof of identity (driving license or passport), proof of address (a utility bill), 3 months' bank statements, 3 months'’ pay slips or if self-employed, 3 years' accounts, appropriate P60s and proof of available deposit funds. A new home cannot be reserved until these have been provided.

Our Sales Advisor will be able to provide a list of solicitors and licensed conveyancers for your reference that will act for you at the time of reservation.

Reasonable costs and expenses may be deducted in the event of a cancellation.

To reserve your new home please supply the Sales Advisor with the following information:

  • £1,000/£2,000 reservation fee*
  • 3 months' payslips and latest P60 (if self employed, copies of 3 years' accounts)
  • 3 months' bank statements
  • Proof of exchange deposit/proof of purchase funds
  • Copy of your passport (for non-UK citizens also a copy of valid visa)
  • Proof of your address (from a recent utility bill or driving licence)
