Developer to trial evening opening at The Village

A housebuilder is set to trial evening opening at its development in Buntingford.

Fairview New Homes will open its marketing suite and showhomes at The Village, off London Road, until 8pm on Wednesday 26th April.

The extended opening is being held to give people who are busy at work or on the school run a chance to visit The Village at a more convenient time.

Fairview is building a range of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes at The Village, on the former Sainsbury’s depot site, and is about to release homes for sale in the development’s second phase.

Jim Holliday, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview, said: “We appreciate that during the week, people are busy with work and family commitments, so may not be able to visit us during the day.

“We decided to open late as a one-off trial on April 26th to see if opening our doors later into the evening would be helpful to those who have been meaning to visit The Village but haven’t had a chance to do so yet.

“As part of the extended opening, our 3 showhomes will be open for viewing – so we look forward to welcoming visitors on the night.”

Fairview is building and selling homes at The Village in 3 phases and recently began construction work on phase 2.
