Fairview New Homes has sold every apartment at its landmark development in Enfield months ahead of schedule.

Hundreds of people registered an interest in homes at Vogue ahead of the official launch and sales quickly followed.

The development is an exclusive collection of 29 homes in a refurbished building in Eaton Road.

Fairview Sales Director, Steven Allenby, said: “"Vogue is an unusual development with an enviable combination of appealing features."

“It is a small, private apartment building with enhanced security features and every home had undercroft parking.

“Enfield Town station is less than 5 minutes’ walk and from there you can be in central London in just over half an hour.

“With a supermarket, restaurants, shops and a cinema close by, residents at Vogue have everything they need on their doorstep.”

Vogue’s popularity spanned buyers of all ages and backgrounds. The 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments sold to professionals, young couples and downsizers, most of whom were already living locally.

Steven Allenby said: "“Fairview’s headquarters are in Enfield so we have our finger firmly on the pulse of this market.

“"We understand what buyers want and have been delighted by our recent successes here. Our Renaissance development in Drapers Road sold out last year before we had even opened the showhome.

“"We are proud to be building much-needed homes for people in Enfield and look forward to future developments in the area."”

Fairview New Homes’ next development in Enfield will be on land at Cecil Road. More details on the scheme will be released later this year.
