The first homes are set to be released for sale at a new development in Sunbury-on-Thames this month.
Fairview New Homes will open the doors to its marketing suite at Apollo, Forge Lane, over the weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May.
The developer is building 24 homes for sale at Apollo, which will be a gated development. Buyers will be able to choose from a selection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Buyers looking for a high-quality home in an attractive location with good links to central London will find just what they’re looking for at Apollo.
“We look forward to unveiling details of our new development to buyers from Saturday 13th May.”
Apollo is around a mile from Sunbury train station, where direct services run to Waterloo in as little as 49 minutes.
The development – which neighbours Sunbury Park – is a 2-minute walk away from the bank of the River Thames, where walkers can enjoy stunning views across the water.
Fairview has released guide starting prices for homes at Apollo, with two-bedroom houses to be priced from £530,000, semi-detached three-bedroom houses from £680,000, and four-bedroom houses from £796,000.
Buyers will start moving into the first homes from August.
The land on which Apollo is being built was previously home to a firm which manufactured aircraft parts. The site was acquired by Fairview after the previous occupants, Page Aerospace, decided to relocate.
