A landmark new residential development in Lawn Road, Hampstead, is nearing completion.

Fairview New Homes is set to complete work at Thirty2, its development of contemporary, luxury apartments, this month.

Named because of the site’s former address – 32 Lawn Road – Thirty2 features a sleek curved shape inspired by the nearby Grade I listed Isokon building.

The development comprises 56 apartments for sale, 85% of which have already been snapped up by buyers.

Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Thirty2 is a landmark piece of architecture which showcases the very best in contemporary design, and we are delighted with how the development is taking shape.

“The first residents moved into their apartments in spring, and with construction work having begun on the final homes, we expect the development to be completed by October.

“Thirty2’s distinctive design, great location and excellent transport links to Central London have made it extremely popular with buyers.

“We recently opened a new show property, the 2-bedroom Byron apartment, which exhibits the stylish open-plan layouts and high specification featured across all of our homes at Thirty2.

“The Byron includes an open plan kitchen/dining area, private balcony, and master bedroom with ensuite, and gives visitors a glimpse of the luxury lifestyle available at the development.”

A range of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are currently available at Thirty2, priced from £650,000.
