A new development of flats for sale in Cricklewood is set to open its doors to buyers in May.

A range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are being built at The Broadway, a development in Cricklewood Lane by Fairview New Homes.

A total of 101 apartments will be released for sale at The Broadway, which is a 4-minute walk from Cricklewood station.

Apartments will include kitchens with contemporary white high gloss units, black granite worktops and integrated appliances.

Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Cricklewood’s good rail links into the heart of the capital and its community feel are some of the reasons why this area is emerging as a place where buyers are keen to put down roots.

London Help to Buy will be available at The Broadway, where our first residents are set to move into their apartments in late summer.

“Buyers who are interested in making their move to The Broadway can register their interest now to be the first to find out more, and we look forward to opening the doors to our new development in May.”

The Broadway is located close to the shops and cafes of Cricklewood Broadway, while Brent Cross Shopping Centre is less than 2 miles away.

For those who enjoy the great outdoors, the green open spaces of Gladstone Park and Clitterhouse Playing Fields are both within walking distance of The Broadway.

Thameslink trains from Cricklewood station reach St Pancras International in 13 minutes and go on to call at Farringdon and Blackfriars.

For direct access to the Jubilee line, The Broadway is less than a mile from Willesden Green Underground station – an 18-minute walk.

To register your interest in the new homes coming soon at The Broadway, call 020 8023 8517 or visit the development page on our website.
