The doors will be opened for the first time at Lexicon, a new development of apartments for sale in Harrow-on-the-Hill, on Saturday 12th May.
The development, which is being built on land previously home to buildings including a library, will comprise a total of 230 apartments for sale.
Buyers will be able to choose from a selection of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. At the launch, homes will be available to buy within Wallace House, 1 of the 5 apartment buildings at Lexicon.
Studio apartments will be priced from £316,000 and 1-bedroom apartments from £349,000.
A selection of 2-bedroom apartments will be available from £453,000, while 3-bedroom homes will be priced from £516,000.
The remaining 40% of the purchase price is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first 5 years.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director for Fairview, said: “Harrow-on-the-Hill was one of the original Metroland destinations which attracted homebuyers thanks to its excellent rail connections to central London.
“And a century later, the area is as popular as ever with commuters who are looking for a well-located home in an attractive, suburban setting.
“We are looking forward to opening the doors to our Marketing Suite at Lexicon and sharing details of the new homes at our launch on Saturday 12th May.”
Homes at Lexicon will include open-plan layouts and kitchens with contemporary white gloss units and integrated appliances. Each apartment will include a private terrace or balcony.
The development, located in Gayton Road, is a 5-minute walk away from Harrow-on-the-Hill station for Metropolitan line services to Baker Street in 19 minutes and to Kings Cross St Pancras in 25 minutes.
Kenton station is a 15-minute walk away from Lexicon for access to the Bakerloo line and Overground services.
Fairview’s new Marketing Suite at Lexicon will open daily from 10am to 5pm from Saturday 12th May.
