Whether you prefer milk, white or dark, indulge your sweet tooth by following one of our favourite chocolate recipes.

Milk chocolate volcanoes

A different take on the traditional chocolate fondant, follow this recipe from the Great British Bake Off’s own Paul Hollywood.

Breaking through the spongy exterior forces Paul’s chocolate volcano to erupt with oozing milk chocolate.

White chocolate cheesecake

It's easy to create your own restaurant-quality cheesecake at home.

Follow this recipe on the BBC Good Food website, or for a real showstopper, try this James Martin recipe which combines white chocolate with strawberries.

Chocolate mousse

Delia Smith is leading the revival of this chocolate classic with her Very Chocolatey Mousse recipe.

Or, if white chocolate is your thing, give this recipe from Good Housekeeping a try.

Dark chocolate and orange cake

Take a slice out of this BBC Good Food recipe to create a dense, gooey cake.

Try topping it with orange zest or mandarin segments to counter the richness of the chocolate.

Duck with dark chocolate

Chocolate needn’t just be for dessert - dark chocolate can complement savoury dishes like roasted duck perfectly.

If you are feeling adventurous, try this duck and chocolate recipe from Marie Claire for your Sunday roast.
