More and more people are opting to go meat-free for one day a week - so why not give it a try?

Advocates of Meat Free Monday say it helps participants save money and live a heathier lifestytle.

Meat-lovers might be dubious about going vegetarian once a week - but there are so many good recipes to follow, there's something to satisfy all tastes and appetites.
