London is renowned across the Globe as one of the most vibrant cities in the world and, although it’s now been overtaken by cities in Asia as the most expensive to live in, average property prices still far outweigh the average income of those living and working in the Capital.

Whilst areas such as Mayfair and Chelsea will always hold their hugely expensive price tags, London is such a diverse and spread out city that many of the boroughs and smaller towns come with varied price brackets when it comes to property, each one holding a different attraction for buyers, from transport connections and green spaces to vibrant communities.
