Fairview New Homes continues to make strong progress at Chase Farm, Enfield.

Acquired in March 2026 from the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, the 6.7-acre site on Lavender Hill is just a 10-minute walk from Gordon Hill Station. The site, which originally benefitted from outline planning consent for 362 homes, has now secured Reserved Matters approval for 369 homes, with the Section 106 agreement now signed. The enhanced scheme includes 50% affordable housing.

The development will provide a mix of houses and apartments within buildings of up to seven storeys, helping to meet growing demand for high-quality new homes within the London Borough of Enfield.

Construction is forecast to commence in summer 2026.

Rhys Davies, Land Director at Fairview New Homes, said: “We are delighted to have reached this important milestone at Chase Farm. The approved scheme will deliver a high-quality and sustainable new neighbourhood, providing much-needed homes, including a significant affordable housing provision, in a well-connected part of Enfield.”

Cushman & Wakefield acted for the seller and Maze Real Estate acted for Fairview New Homes Ltd.
