We are incredibly excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for 'Medium Developer of the Year' in the Hertfordshire Residential Development Awards 2025, for our Wattons development in Watton-at-Stone.

The Hertfordshire Residential Development Awards celebrate the best of residential development within the county of Hertfordshire.

Our latest development in the Hertfordshire village of Watton-at-Stone, brings 60 beautifully designed new homes (36 private and 24 affordable) to a community long invested in growth via its Neighbourhood Plan.

The development, located on Walkern Road, strategically delivers 60 new homes, helping meet local housing need in both private and affordable sectors.

From early planning stages through to delivery, we worked in close partnership with the local Parish Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, to design a scheme that existing residents in Watton at Stone would welcome, whilst complimenting the existing character of the village and delivering benefits to the community. Wattons is the only green belt land for development released via neighbourhood plan, a unique development which we are proud to be building.

Not only does the scheme comprise 60 new homes, helping meet local housing need in both private and affordable sectors, but also delivers new paths and cycleways, a circular walk around the village, unlocked access to green space, ecological improvements, and a footbridge over the River Beane connecting into the village.
