We're pleased to share that we have simultaneously exchanged and completed on the unconditional purchase of a 24-acre site on Honey Lane in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

The brownfield site, acquired from Federated Hermes, includes a 90,000 sq ft office building set within extensive landscaped grounds on the edge of the Thames-side village of Hurley, between Marlow and Henley-on-Thames.

Prior approval is already in place for the existing building, and we will now draw up a new planning application for a high quality, design-led residential scheme for over 75 homes, developed in collaboration with the local community and the borough.
