Fairview New Homes has secured planning approval for a high-quality residential development at the former Wembley Centre for Health and Care.
The 1.7-acre brownfield site, acquired unconditionally from NHS Property Services for £3.5m, will deliver over 100 new homes in the heart of Wembley.
Located within a 10-minute walk of both Wembley Central and Sudbury Town stations, the development will benefit from excellent public transport connections and strong local infrastructure.
