First time buyers. Save smarter. Buy with confidence.

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, especially when money, mortgages and affordability all seem stacked against you.

The Knowledge: Money Saving Special* is a free, expert-led event designed to help first time buyers understand how to make their money go further and take confident steps towards home ownership.

This is not a sales pitch. It’s practical, honest advice to help you buy smarter, whether you’re ready now or just starting to think about the future.

This event is ideal if you are:

  • Renting and thinking about buying your first home
  • Unsure how much you need to save or what you can borrow
