First-time buyer developer of choice, Fairview New Homes, invites prospective buyers to experience ‘Park Life’ at its Park Quarter development in New Barnet, running every weekend throughout the summer, starting 19th July through to September.

Between 10am – 4pm, Saturday and Sunday, participants will be able to borrow a bike, lock, helmet and itinerary to set about exploring what could be their new neighbourhood, including Covert Way Nature Reserve, Trent Park, Hadley Woods and more. They will also be gifted a complementary voucher for Everyman Cinema to enjoy a film at its boutique picture house nearby following their bike ride, as well as a complimentary brunch or lunch to the value of £15 per person from local independent business, Ripe Kitchen in Trent Park, to enjoy as a rest point during their route.

After collecting a bike or two from the Park Quarter Marketing Suite on Albert Road, solo riders or pairs can follow the suggested route and cycle to Trent Park before stopping at Ripe Kitchen for a complimentary brunch or lunch, returning to Park Quarter via the scenic Covert Way Local Nature Reserve and Monken Hadley Common.

Nivine Ismail, Sales Manager at Park Quarter says, “Barnet offers more than 200 parks and green spaces while being able to reach King’s Cross in under 30-minutes, which is a fantastic draw for buyers here at Park Quarter.
