Building Safety Pledge and Agreed Principles
In April 2022 Fairview signed the Building Safety Pledge, available here, confirming our agreement with the principle that leaseholders should not have to pay for costs associated with life-critical fire-safety remediation work arising from the design, construction or refurbishment of buildings of 11 metres and above that they live in.
Developer Remediation Contract
In March 2023 Fairview signed the Developer Remediation Contract designed by government to make commitments in the Building Safety Pledge legally binding. Further details are available at
