Rest assured, we don’t just leave you to it with your new home.


Our after sales service means we’re still here for you, even after you’ve moved in.

Around 4 weeks after you have moved in, we’ll arrange a home inspection for you. This is your opportunity to think about anything you want to know about your new home, as well as anything that needs attention or fixing (‘snagging list’).

We’ll write to you well in advance so you know when we’ll be with you, which means you’ll have plenty of time to get your questions and snags together. Of course, if the date isn’t convenient, simply get in touch via our contact details below and we’ll rearrange with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Defects that arise after our Customer Service inspection which are judged to be sufficiently serious to be considered outside the normal building tolerances must be notified to Fairview New Homes in writing within two years from the date of the NHBC certificate for your property. In this category, such items as normal drying-out cracks, shrinkage of timber or general wear and tear are not included.
