New development coming to Charlton this November
The UK launch of Fairview New Homes’ Synergy development in Charlton will be on Saturday 2nd November, and the day will be a fantastic opportunity for potential homebuyers to see this brand new collection of homes.
The Enfield-based developer purchased the site in Charlton in December 2016 and began construction in October 2018. Now offering contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom houses, visitors will also be able to explore a two-bedroom show apartment at the launch event.
Charlton, an upcoming residential hotspot, is set to benefit from significant regeneration investments, and already has the advantage of excellent schools, historical locations and a variety of parks.
Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview New Homes, said: “We wanted Synergy to fit seamlessly into the Charlton area, and to offer a perfect balance between naturally green surroundings and city life.
“Charlton has a great, established community and it is our aim for Synergy to become a part of that. Synergy will offer landscaped open courtyards, specially designed to create a welcoming community feeling. This will extend into the surrounding area with its many shops, supermarkets, eateries, schools and bars.
“We look forward to welcoming home-hunters to the development in November, and to assist them in their search for their new home.”
This very well-connected development is a 10-minute walk from Westcombe Park Overground and Charlton Overground. Buyers can be at Canary Wharf in 26 minutes and London Bridge in 27 minutes.
The London Help to Buy scheme is available on all properties at the development.
Under the London Help to Buy scheme, a buyer can secure a home with a 5% deposit and a 55% mortgage. The remaining 40 per cent is then paid off as an equity loan, which remains interest-free for the first five years.
