A landmark development of homes currently being built on the site of the former Harpenden House Hotel has opened its doors to the public.

The Grade II listed former hotel – originally known as the Welcombe building – is being converted into an exclusive collection of 5 apartments, each with its own unique layout, which is set to be released in Spring 2019.
