Who we are
Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
Wattons, situated on Walkern Road in Watton-at-Stone, is a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 60 new homes across a 2 year period.

General site progress is commencing well, with the good weather now upon us.
We have our first houses built with roofs nearing completion and internal trades now commencing.
Our mains sewer connection is still planned to progress for w/c 26th May 2025. The details of these works will be communicated by Hertfordshire Highways and we will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.
