Who we are
Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
Wattons, situated on Walkern Road in Watton-at-Stone, is a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 60 new homes across a 2 year period.

Wattons is a hive of activity as we approach our upcoming sales launch.
The build is progressing across all stages, from laying foundations to completing both internal and external finishes.
Our bridge works are well underway, with installation scheduled for July and access expected in Autumn 2025.
There is an upcoming off-site drainage connection that may cause some temporary disruption to local residents, but we are committed to keeping this to a minimum.
