Easter launch for Show Apartment at The Village

Home-hunters in Hertfordshire will have the opportunity to explore a new show apartment at The Village development in Buntingford when it launches over the Easter weekend.

Fairview New Homes is opening the doors to its two-bedroom, two-bathroom show apartment at The Village, off London Road, on Friday 19^th April.

The new show apartment is set on the ground floor and features an open plan living/dining area, separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and an outdoor patio area.

It is part of the final phase at The Village – a development of 316 homes and apartments being built on the site of the former Sainsbury’s depot.

With just 11 apartments and 12 homes remaining for sale, the Enfield-based housebuilder expects to complete construction work at the development in August this year.

The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is available on all available homes at The Village and enables buyers to secure their home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage.

The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan, which remains interest-free for five years.
