Fairview New Homes is set to open the doors to a new show apartment at its development in Hornsey.

The Enfield-based developer is building Altitude, a collection of 119 homes featuring one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Hampden Road, and is inviting prospective buyers to explore its new two-bedroom show apartment when it opens on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd March.

The new show apartment is set on the ground floor and boasts a spacious kitchen/living/dining area, two double bedrooms and two terrace areas - one of which can be accessed from the master bedroom, and the other from the open plan living space.

Altitude is in Zone 3 and located next to Hornsey Station, with direct connections to Old Street Station in just 15 minutes.

The development is also just an eight-minute walk from Turnpike Lane Underground Station, with Piccadilly line services reaching King’s Cross St Pancras in just over 10 minutes.

Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview New Homes, said: “It’s very exciting to be launching our new two-bedroom show apartment at Altitude, which will give buyers a clear picture of what life at Altitude will be like.

“With a contemporary open-plan layout and high quality interiors throughout, this new show apartment is indicative of the homes we are building at Altitude, in a location surrounded by a choice of independent retailers and eateries.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to our new show apartment and I’d encourage buyers looking for a home within easy commuting distance of Central London to come and see for themselves what Altitude has to offer.”

When complete, the development will comprise of 119 contemporary apartments across two separate buildings. A range of one, two and three-bedroom properties are currently available to purchase, with prices starting from £389,000

Information on the London Help to Buy scheme, which enables buyers to purchase a home with just a five per cent deposit and a 55 per cent mortgage, is available at the Altitude development.

The new show apartment at Altitude opens its doors at 10am on Saturday 2nd March.
