It's lift-off for new homes at Altitude, Hornsey

FNH 420 ALT 18 333
A new development of contemporary apartments offering fantastic views of the London skyline has opened its doors for the first time in Hornsey.

Fairview New Homes is building a collection of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Altitude, its development in Hampden Road, where the sales suite and show apartment are now open daily.

Located in Zone 3, Altitude is being built next to Hornsey station and is just an 8-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station.

From Hornsey station, National Rail services reach Finsbury Park in just 7 minutes for onward Victoria line connections to King’s Cross, while Underground services from Turnpike Lane reach Leicester Square in just 19 minutes via the Piccadilly line.

Fairview’s show apartment at Altitude is a 1-bedroom apartment with an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area which leads out onto a private terrace.

Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview, said: “Our Altitude development is transforming a previously derelict brownfield site in Hornsey into a collection of high-specification new homes, and we are proud to be playing a key role in the area’s regeneration.

“Our on-site sales suite and show apartment recently opened for the first time and we were delighted with the number of potential new homeowners that visited us on our opening weekend.

“We look forward to welcoming more visitors to our sales suite and show apartment over the coming weeks and to helping aspiring home owners get onto the property ladder in this well-connected part of the capital.”

When complete, Altitude will comprise 119 contemporary apartments across two separate buildings, with fully-integrated appliances and engineered oak flooring to the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area as standard.

Every apartment features at least one private balcony or terrace area, some offering views of the central London skyline, with others looking out towards nearby Alexandra Palace.

London Help to Buy will be available at Altitude, enabling purchasers to buy a new home with a 5% deposit, 55% mortgage and 40% government equity loan.

Fairview is hosting a dedicated Help to Buy event at Altitude over the weekend of 17th and 18th November as part of its Help to Buy roadshow, to give buyers the opportunity to learn more about how they can benefit from the scheme.
