Love Your Local London Instagram Competition

We love London – from the buzzing markets of Camden to the captivating views of Parliament Hill. While we’re missing the bustle during lockdown, we’ve had more time to appreciate the lesser-known spaces across our beautiful city.

So, we’re asking you to share those amazing hidden places in our Love Your Local London Instagram competition for a chance to win a £100 voucher from a restaurant in London.

All you have to do enter is:

• Make sure you follow @fairviewnewhomes on Instagram.
• Take a photograph of your favourite secret spot in London and tag @fairviewnewhomes in your photo.
• Use the two hashtags #LoveYourLocalLondon and #FoundIn… followed by the location of the photo in your caption. For instance, if you have taken your photo in Feltham, please use the hashtag #FoundInFeltham.

Your snapshots can be anything, from your underrated London hideaways to your favourite local restaurants and cafes.

We’ll be sharing our favourite entries on Instagram and can’t wait to see what you’ve found! Good luck, Londoners!

• This competition is open to residents of the UK.
• You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.
• To enter you must take a photo of your favourite London location. You must then upload the photo to your own Instagram, making sure you tag @fairviewnewhomes in your photo and use the two hashtags #LoveYourLocalLondon and #FoundIn…followed by the location of the photo in your caption. For instance, #FoundinFeltham if your photo was taken in Feltham. You also must follow @fairviewnewhomes on Instagram.
• The competition will run across 4 weeks ending on Friday 5th March 2021 at midnight.
• The winner will be announced on Instagram on Monday 8th March 2021 and contacted privately via Instagram to arrange delivery of their prize.
• The winner will be selected based on their uploaded photograph, taking into consideration quality, product & individuality, after the competition deadline.
• We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received by the closing date for any reason. Proof of submission shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
• One entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted.
• We reserve the right to exclude any entries, which we believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
• By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Fairview New Homes a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
• The winning entry will win a £100 voucher from a restaurant in London. The prize is subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
