New Home Apartment coming to Greenwich

Maritime CGI day 2

Fairview New Homes is opening the doors to a new show apartment at its Maritime development in Greenwich later this month.

The three-bedroom two-bathroom show apartment will be officially unveiled on Saturday 27th April.

It is the second show apartment to be unveiled at Maritime since the 83 home-development launched in September 2018.

Located on the fourth floor of the development, the new show apartment features an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, utility room as well as a private balcony and terrace area with views over Deptford Creek.

Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview New Homes, said: “We had an excellent response from buyers when we launched our two-bedroom show apartment in September and with building work progressing well at Maritime, we wanted to give home-hunters the opportunity to explore what our larger properties have to offer.

“Our new three-bedroom show apartment exemplifies the contemporary design of the homes we are building in Greenwich, which feature spacious open plan layouts, integrated appliances and white high gloss kitchen units.

“Maritime is located within one of London’s most desirable boroughs and benefits from excellent transport links to the heart of the capital, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming home-hunters to the development on the 27th April so they can discover for themselves what it has to offer.”

Maritime is a development of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, built on the site of a former cash and carrywarehouse, off Greenwich High Road.

The development is a four-minute walk from Deptford Bridge DLR station and seven minutes on foot from Greenwich station for DLR and National Rail services.

DLR journeys from Deptford Bridge reach Heron Quays in 11 minutes for Canary Wharf and onward journeys on the Jubilee line.

Prices start from £399,000 and the London Help to Buy scheme available on properties priced £600,000 and under.

Once open, home-hunters will be able to view the new show apartment daily from 10am to 5pm.
