Regency Heights closing out party

In 2019 we partnered with housing association L&Q to launch Regency Heights, a major new housing development of 807 apartments within one of London’s biggest regeneration zones.

We built 499 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and we are now down to our final 10 apartments. To celebrate this milestone we are hosting a closing party where we are asking customers to come down, visit our sales team and make us an offer. On Saturday 23^rd of July from 10am to 5pm come and enjoy some free pizza from Pizza di Prato and drinks and speak to the sales team about our remaining apartments, the development and how you can make your move using London Help to Buy with only a 5% deposit
