Who we are
Fairview New Homes is a property developer that builds new homes in London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1961, we have developed hundreds of sites across the region, from small collections of family homes to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments.
Printmakers Yard, Brentford Waterside, situated on Brentford High Street, is a collection of studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom triplexes.
Works are underway on site, which will deliver 333 homes across a 3 year period.
Construction Update

We’re pleased to share exciting progress at Printmakers Yard, where we’ve recently welcomed residents into their new homes within our second completed building, Maplewood House. Additionally, three Triplex houses along Pump Alley have now been completed and will be occupied later this month.
Looking ahead, we expect to complete all reinforced concrete structures across the development next month, marking a significant milestone for the project. Our focus will then shift to completing internal works, the facades and landscaping throughout the site.
Works along the river have now been completed, and we will soon begin reconstruction of the river pathway. We aim to make this accessible during the coming winter months and will provide further updates as progress continues.
While this development brings a number of long-term benefits to the community, we are also mindful of the temporary disruption that construction activity can cause. We wish to extend our appreciation to our neighbours for their continued patience and understanding during this period.
