Regency Heights is set to launch the final phase of its Park Royal development, The Tower, on Saturday 10 July, with a Euro’s Championship-themed weekend to tie in with the Cup Final on 11 July 2021.

The launch of the iconic apartment ‘Tower’ marks a celebratory milestone for Regency Heights which features 174 apartments, set across 26 floors, the apartments will benefit from stunning views across London.

To celebrate, Regency Heights has partnered with local businesses and charitable organisations to host a fun and interactive weekend for visitors to enjoy across on both Saturday and Sunday, while supporting the local community.

In keeping with the Euro’s final buzz, Regency Heights will welcome the Jason Roberts Foundation, set up by the ex-Premier League footballer. His young squad and coaches will showcase their football skills on the latest Teqball tables, as well as run some fun football drills with visitors. The Foundation, provides sport and mentoring sessions to the community, changing outcomes for the most marginalised.

After building up an appetite with the Foundation, and having a tour of the apartments, visitors can enjoy a tasty Neapolitan style pizza, made fresh to order by local family run Sarv’s Pizzas; true to the football theme, a special pizza ‘It’s coming home?!’ will be on the menu.

The first five prospective buyers that reserve an apartment on the weekend will be gifted one of five TVs. In addition, a house plant will be gifted to allthose that book a viewing over the launch weekend.

The Tower comprises 8 studios, 18 one bed, 114 two bed and 34 three-bed apartments, priced from £450,000 - £650,000; each apartment has their open private balcony, as well as access to communal gardens, and tranquil lake to the north east of the development.

Regency Heights is part of a £26 billion regeneration masterplan backed by the London Mayor, which will deliver over 25,000 new homes over the next four decades and generate 65,000 new jobs. The area will soon be home to two new ‘super hub’ railway stations, the much-anticipated Crossrail and HS2, making it the only high-speed rail interchange in the UK.

The investment in housing, facilities and infrastructure means early buyers will expect to make an excellent return on investment in years to come, as the regeneration project evolves.
